Christmas can be a very joyful time, however, for many of us, it does not always seem that way. To find out what keeps us from experiencing this joy, we need to look at Christmas in the Old Testament. Therein we realize that we live in a lazy age. People hear the gospel, they know about Jesus, but they do not go and investigate him. As Christmas approaches, we are reminded that people are not much different from those of the biblical-era.
