Reference: Galatians 1:1-2. The freedom that we have as Christians are not found in the Constitution or other documents of man, but found in the pages of Scripture. Paul writes to the church in Galatia to tell them these truths. There had been others who brought confusion to the church and Paul recognized that the Gospel was at stake and therefore responded to the church's difficulties. The people were rejecting grace and wanting to put themselves back under the law. Paul taught them that the yoke of the law was broken by Christ. Christ fulfilled the law perfectly. The Gospel programs this grace of Jesus Christ. It is nothing we have done, but everything Christ has done.
