Central to the coming of Jesus to earth was the Kingdom of God. At its heart was something unexpected, disconcerting, and yet thrilling: the mystery of the kingdom. We will trace the mystery through Christ's life and teachings and then explore its implications today. This mystery still shapes the experience and mission of the church and enables believers to be both idealistic and realistic. To grasp the balance between the "already" and the "not yet" is energetic, fruitful ministry.
Join the Reformation Society of Pittsburgh as they host their annual fall conference featuring the Rev. Edward Donnelly on October 17, 2009 from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on the campus of Reformed Theological Seminary in Pittsburgh, PA.
