When will I get my order?
The Alliance of Confessing Evangelicals is committed to providing excellent customer service. Your order is generally shipped within one week of receipt. While we do not stock every book on our estore, we do attempt to stock all Council books and sale items.
The time it takes to get your order will depend on the shipping option you choose. Standard shipping from the Alliance is through the United States Post Office. The estimated delivery time is 2 to 4 weeks. Customers desiring a faster shipping option should choose the UPS option. UPS ground delivery times can be found here.
You can also choose UPS 3-day, 2-day, or next day delivery.
What are the shipping rates?
The Alliance will ship to the United States and Canada for a flate rate of $4.
Orders outside the the United States or Canada must be priced manually, as each country has different shipping rates. An email address is required for orders outside of the United States and Canada, and the order cannot be shipped until full payment is made.

We hope that you are fully satisfied with you order. Should you need to return an item for any reason, simply follow these steps.
First, the Alliance stands behind all of its products, attempting to ship right every time, first time. But mistakes and errors do happen in the manufacturing and distribution process, so we promise to make it right! If you find something broken or wrong, you should let us know right away. Our follow up to your notice will be as follows:
- If you received faulty or wrong audio or video manufactured by the Alliance, we will simply ship a completely new set (up to the full volume). If it's just one disc of the volume we encourage you to give away the remaining parts, once your new set arrives.
- If you received a faulty or wrong book or product sold by others, and as we have to return those to our suppliers, we will do two things. We will send your new item right away. And we will also send a "call tag" so UPS can come and pick up the old item.
